Word to the wise, we strongly urge you to reserve your space on our Carnival in Bahia 2011 as soon as possible. During the high summer season in Brazil airfares and hotel rates are subject extreme price fluctuations that are directly connected to both corporate Brazil and the Braizilian public, as a whole, all those associated with Brazilian tourism and commerce seek top dollar for their goods and services during New Years and Carnival - apartment landlords to sell rent/sublet their apartment(s) or homes to the highest bidder. Remember, your trip quote prices are locked in once your tour package is paid in full. 

 1.  Do you require a no-smoking room, a room with a view, or your own private room.

 2.  Do you require special seating or meals for your flights?

 3.   Remember, we limit the capacity of our Exclusive group excursions to better serve the personal needs of our tour guest. Our smaller group excursions offer your the opportunity for Big Discoveries! We request that you make your required deposits early to confirm your hotel room and round trip airline seats.

 4.  We require a USD$350.00 deposit to hold your airline seat and a USD$150.00 deposit to hold your hotel room. For your convenience you can make your airline deposit directly with our Rovia Travel Specialist, Kathie, kathiesemk@yahoo.com. You can make your hotel/lodging deposit payments using our PayPal account.  5.   All payments must be paid in full 60 to 45 days prior our departure date, which would be Friday January 28^th for our March 2-11-2011 - Carnival Celebration in Salvador Bahia! You may contact Kathie, or Herschel to setup a personalized monthly payment plan that works best for you - please remember that our New Years and Carnival excursions occur during the summer - high season - in Brazil. That said, we remind you to book early to reserve your space on one these popular trips. If you've never been to Brazil, or you've only been to Rio de Janeiro, but never to Salvador Bahia - either way - You definitely don't want to miss out on these once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for new discovery and personal growth.

7.     We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance with our US based travel partner, Travel Guard International, to safe guard all of your future travel plans.

8.     You can purchase any of the - optional excursions - (see list below) with your personalized travel package in advance. Remember, you only pay for the optional tour escorted activities that you want to participate in during your stay in Brazil. You can pay for these optional excursions when you book your vacation with us, or you can purchase any of these optional activities when we arrive in Brazil, depending on available space, of course. FYI, included, at no extra cost, in our Exclusive New Years and Carnival tour packages to Salvador Bahia is the must experience "African Heritage - Pelorinho/Historic Bahia Tour", and our Afro-Brazilian Museum visit - this is a direct US$125.00 savings for you during the summer months in Brazil.
