I should mention that I have never experienced any threats of crime during either my personal travel, or our group tours throughout Brazil. The general world view of Brazil is that Brazilians, especially people in Bahia, are, for the most part, warm, caring, friendly people.While on the subject of safety, I strongly recommend that all of our tour guest purchase travel insurance from our travel partners at Travel Guard to protect your total travel investment with International Travel Insurance.
Our Exclusive Discovery trips to Brazil for New Years Eve and Salvador Carnival are comprised of smaller groups by design to guarantee ample opportunities for our tour clients to delve into Brazil’s diverse cultural and spiritual traditions. We maintain the group size of these exclusive excursions to no more than 10 to 17 travelers. Our Classic Discovery trips are open to more guest than our Exclusive excursion. Both New Years Eve and Carnival celebrations occur during Brazil’s ‘High Season’ summer months in Brazil with Carnival celebrations normally occurring during either February or early March.

Salvador Bahia the second week of August every summer. close to Iguazu Falls which ranks just behind the mighty Brazilian Amazon region, as Brazil’s second

In my opinion,
both Salvador Bahia and Rio de Janeiro are two bucket list cities
in this world that I believe all astute world travelers should visit at least once
in their lifetime.
